The management of the organization sees the primary goal in creation, maintenance and constant perfection of the conditions guaranteeing high quality of measurements and acknowledgement of conformity at a high level of service. Increase on this basis of competitiveness of “Metrolog" Llc in the domestic market of services and realization of authorized intentions and aspirations - receptions of profit.

These problems are solved by realization of policy the top management from "Metrolog" Llc in the field of quality.

Policy in the field of quality

Policy of "Metrolog" Llc in the field of quality is maintenance by high quality of the services, capable to justify expectation of clients regarding competence, impartiality, availability and confidentiality.

Maintenance and development of firm's reputation, known as reliable supplier of service on calibration and acknowledgement of conformity in the SI which are meeting the requirements of the international and national standards, instructions and rules.

For this purpose "Metrolog" Llc uses the system of quality which is meeting the requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2000; spends calibration of SI so that requirements of international standard ISO/MEK 17025-99 were carried out and needs of the client, regulatory authorities or the organizations which are carrying out an official recognition satisfied;

Develops cooperation with the domestic and foreign organizations in the field of metrological maintenance;

Represents itself as the independent body which is being “laboratory of the third party” from the involved parties in acknowledgement of conformity;

Excludes an opportunity of rendering on his or her employees, commercial, financial and other pressure from the applicant and interested the organizations which could influence their technical judgment with the purpose to affect objectivity of results of calibration of SI; Provides protection of confidentiality of the information and the property right of clients;

Excludes any kinds of activity, which can affect independence of judgments and impartiality of its activity. The top management of "Metrolog" Llc establishes the purposes for achievement of quality and constantly analyzes system of a quality management for maintenance of urgency. Company formulated by the top management of the "Metrolog" Llc their general policy and strategy, a policy in the field of quality and the purpose in the field of quality are brought to the notice of the personnel at all levels of organizational structure of "Metrolog" Llc.

The purposes in the field of quality

For maintenance of constant improvement activity of  "Metrolog" Llc and executions of policy in the field of quality, including adherence to constant improvement of a system effectiveness of a quality management, the top management of "Metrolog" Llc in 2005-2007 has established the following purposes and obligations in the field of quality:

1. Constantly to support a level of development in "Metrolog" Llc according to requirements ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/MEK 17025-99;

2. Improvement of quality of calibration and repair of SI by introduction in practical activities of "Metrolog" Llc, international standards ISO 5725 (GOST Р ISO 5725-1-2002 - GOST Р ISO 5725-6-2002) under the general heading "Accuracy (correctness) methods and results of measurements";

3. To provide special preparation of the personnel for introduction in laboratory of "Metrolog" Llc, the international standards of GOST Р ISO 5725;

4. To establish, plan and supervise processes and the sub processes operating in "Metrolog" Llc, so that reliability and objectivity of results of calibration has been provided;

5. For satisfaction of needs and expectations of consumers to develop internal normative documents and to provide their execution;

6. To provide execution by the personnel of the functions assigned to them at execution of services;

7. To spend regularly, not less often than a once to year, the analysis of policy and strategy of "Metrolog" Llc, systems of a quality management and on the basis results of the analysis to reconsider, improve the purposes in the field of quality at all levels of the organization;

8. Bring to the notice of all personnel the established purposes and obligations of the top management in the field of quality.
